Payment and Registration Information
The fee for the conference is $115.
If you are a member of the NC Housing Coalition, the Coalition is providing a reduced rate of $95.
Registration and fees must be received by the NC Housing Coalition on or before September 26.
For registrations received after September 26, the fee will be $135; NC Housing Coalition members will pay $115.
Conference fees for the Asset Management Course will be:
- $170 for Conference and Asset Management Course only;
- $285 for Conference and Asset Management Exam only;
- $345 for Conference and Asset Management Course and Exam.
The Realtors® CE Course requires no extra fee to attend.
Fees include the conference, all materials, two luncheons, networking reception, continental breakfasts, and breaks.
If you’d like to Exhibit, the cost will be $100 for N.C. Housing Coalition member nonprofits and $300 for everyone else.

If you are not already a member of the NC Housing Coalition for 2008 you can join at the rates listed below, and pay the Member Rate (in addition to the membership fee) for the Annual Conference.
Membership Annual Dues:
- Student/Affordable Housing Resident: $15
- Individual: $35
- Small Organization: $50 (<$100K operating budget)
- Large Organization: $100
- Conference Sponsor: $1,000-2,500
- Investor Council: $5,000-10,000
