NC Housing Coalition channels support and assistance to the organizations working on the front lines to help families in crisis build and repair housing, train homebuyers and advocate for low-income individuals.  NCHC also acts as a clearinghouse on housing needs, available resources, best practices in the field and organizations that provide specific assistance. The Coalition is developing a library of relevant research on the impact of affordable housing on surrounding property values that we hope to have available soon.
