NCHC identifies and recruits new partners and leaders to increase the base of support for affordable housing in North Carolina.  The Coalition acts as a catalyst to bring together public and private interests.

We utilize an advisory council of the state's major lenders and trade groups, called an Investors' Council, to bring its perspective to public policy discussions.  We bring lead coalitions of interested individuals, organizations, and businesses on a variety of issues such as foreclosure prevention, manufactured housing, and housing for persons with disabilities or other special needs. 

Our Annual Conference draws established and merging leaders in the nonprofit, private and public sectors.
