Fair Housing Trainings
NC Housing Coalition invites you to attend Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Property Managers 101.
This training will focus on the rights and responsibilities of landlords and property managers under Fair Housing laws, including Reasonable Accommodations, and NC Landlord-Tenant Law.
This training is designed for landlords and property managers of developments that serve low to moderate income residents. Certificates of attendance are available.

- Andrew Cogdell, Senior Managing Attorney, Legal Aid of NC—Morganton
Andrew is the manager of the LANC housing practice group. His main areas of practice are federally assisted housing and private landlord/tenant law. A Washington, DC native, he received his B.A. from the College of William and Mary in 1980, and J.D. from the University of North Carolina in 1985. - Anne Marie Dooley, Staff Attorney and Former Skadden Fellow, Legal Aid of NC—Greensboro
Anne Marie received her BBA in Organization Management from the University of Georgia and her JD from UNC. Her area of practice is disability law, including Fair Housing, special education and disability benefits. -
Janet McAuley-Blue, Managing Attorney, Legal Aid of NC—Greensboro
Janet received her BA and JD from UNC-Chapel Hill. Her main area of practice is landlord/tenant law.
Registration costs are $20 for NC Housing Coalition members and $30 for non-members.
Registration is required, and closes a week before each event.
