The NC Housing Coalition relies on our members’ support to continue our much-needed work.
Since 1988, we’ve worked to increase investment in quality affordable homes so that working families and individuals, persons with disabilities, people in crisis, and fixed-income seniors may live with opportunity and dignity.
With your support we can:
- increase our education of political leaders about the need for affordable housing in local communities;
- increase our advocacy in Raleigh at the General Assembly and across the state for increased funding for the NC Housing Trust Fund and other sources of funding; and
- increase our partnerships with other groups to demonstrate that vital issues such as health care, economic well-being, transportation, and youth education, among others, are intrinsically linked to affordable housing.
The NC Housing Coalition is only as strong as our membership, and we cannot advocate for real, long-term changes without you!
Members receive our twice-monthly Housing Matters, updates on Campaign for Housing NC, action alert emails when it is time for you to call or email your legislator or congressperson, and notices for housing-related webinars and conference calls. Members also receive discounts to Coalition-sponsored events, including the Annual Housing Conference, and for organizations, this discount applies to all of your staff members.
